When you have to go to Walmart for necessities pretty much a necessity to go to Sheppards iif not for fooda chocolate shake bannnasplit or just a cone..the Only place you can get a shake fries Burger for under 5..my new favorite is the Olive Burger
We eat shepards pretty often, always call it in ahead of time. I get there tonight at 5:10pm and pay for my pick up order. I waited almost 15 minutes for my order, got a text at 5:18pm saying my order was ready for pick up..they didn't call my order so I thought it's busy,maybe they're running behind. I watched people get served that had placed their order after I was already waiting, so I go to the window and they did have my order ready but the kid working the register never told them I was there to begin with..very frustrating, but the lady apologized and handed me a certificate for my next visit. Not their fault, but the kid working the register needs to do his job better next time. It's his job to relay that message. Thanks for the certificate!
Local favorite that was a must stop for us as out-of-towners! Can’t miss with anything you order, it’s all great! The Shepard’s Deluxe burger was made to order and really hit hard, a must try if you’ve never had it! Many different menu options ensure that there is something for everyone. We will definitely be back anytime we find ourselves in Berlin!
I cannot express how much I love Shepard's. Yesterday we had a huge crazy to go order, they were busy as always but everything was spot on, hot and fresh. I ran out and 3 mins down the road I get a call - one of my burgers had been left out of the bag and they took the time to call me and let me know - within 5 minutes I had a new fresh burger and I wasn't inconvenienced at all! I don't know how they have kept such quality service and food but I am so thankful they have

One of the hidden gems of Berlin, WI. The quality of the food and service is always exceptional!! The staff is very attentive in taking our order and always making sure we get everything we need! Very reasonably priced for the food you get. Everything we have ever gotten has been tasty! Allergy Note: There is a note on the window to ask about allergies before ordering, we did and found out all their food (fries, seafood, etc) is fried in the same fryer. Again, the food is amazing, but good to know if you have to avoid certain foods
Awesome food and what a selection. Amazing prices. Speedy service. We can't wait to come back. We couldn't finish our sides because the burgers were too big. Going to stop for ice cream next week now that we know how good the food is.
Had the double olive burger, bacon cheeseburger, bacon cheese curds, and the onion rings. We ate inside, the tables were very clean, and the service was wonderful. I haven't had an olive burger in a long time, and this one was fantastic. Cheese curds were hand cut cubes. The onion rings were real onions, not that processed chopped stuff. Sundaes and cones were really good also. Will definitely be back next time we're going through Berlin.
